Johnny the Boy Robot was built in the late 70's during the low point of the Russo/American sex-bot race. Like much of the technology to come out of the 70's, he is cumbersome, often unpleasant to look upon, and is most valuable as a quirky decorative piece. Code-named "Retardotron", Johnny the Boy Robot was originally conceived as a multi-purpose SAK, or seduce-and-kill weapon, but when initial field tests were conducted it became apparent that he had been designed to perform in the most unlikely of situations. Therefore in the midst of his development Retardotron was re-engineered with a wink and a nod to the destructive rampaging world-domination seeking robots of the 50's, fitted with eye-lasers, and quietly tucked away in a hangar at a remote Army National Guard armory where he stayed until his recent escape and subsequent rampage through a nearby chicken farm. The current location of Retardotron is unknown, but some reports have indicated his presence in a back lot at Paramount Pictures.
Strengths: Retractable eye-lasers, unconventional reasoning, photographic ability, wears sexy eyeliner.
Weaknesses: Inability to speak (to girls), need for attention (from girls), inability to maintain standards (with girls).
Special Skills: Mass confusion, stunt driving, chicanery.
Weapons: Eye lasers, machineguns cobbled together from parts purchased on ebay, snide remarks.
